Creative Clinical Supervision

I offer creative individual and group supervision for creative arts therapists, headteachers, teachers, teaching assistants, trainee therapists and experienced practitioners from a range of therapeutic disciplines.

Supervision can offer a calm and reflective space to pause, think and feel supported in work that can be emotionally demanding. I aim to create a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental relationship where supervisees can explore their work with openness, curiosity and care.

Sessions can take place face to face or online. Within supervision, there is space to reflect on client work, notice personal and professional responses, develop confidence, celebrate progress and deepen understanding of practitioner and personal skills and attributes.

I gently draw on creative approaches such as art, clay, role play and sand tray, as well as Jungian ideas of symbol, metaphor and archetype. These approaches can open up different ways of thinking, feeling and making meaning.

I also bring experience of attachment theory, working alongside parents, schools, alternative settings, funding agencies and private practice. My intention is to offer a supportive space where supervisees feel accompanied as they continue to grow, reflect and develop their own clinical work.
