Therapeutic Provision

Firstly, welcome to a journey of discovery.

Bringing together a range of therapeutic approaches, we hold a warm, safe space for children, young people and supervisees to explore what they need, in an accessible way and which means something to them.

Using Roger’s core principles, and the work of Axline, our aim is to develop children's and young people's  emotional wellbeing though the use of cognitive, contextual and metaphorical and symbolic means. 

Up to date research and theories are also applied to our approaches including an understanding of attachment, neuro sequential development, the polyvagal theory and the impact of developmental trauma.
